Who is the "they" (The Collective)

There are beliefs we hold to be true because "the collective" we identify with says so. Picking up from our first episode about the construct you and I identify as, we take a look at the truths we adopt along the way, truths we live by, truths that shape us.  We sometimes find ourselves adopting truths we don't necessarily embrace fully because of our need to be granted access into the "they" collective.

We all have "self-speak", things we repeatedly say to ourselves on a daily-basis, without fail, especially in moments that are stressful. There's a script we rehearse over and over again, sometimes, that script is not healthy, where did we get this script, is there a way to rewrite our inner-script?
